Recently saw The Family with Robert de Niro. Lighthearted violence that worked pretty well. Plus the daughter is gorgeous

Prisoners was quite cruel and intense for a film released in our pacified/censored superhero age of cinem..baaahh.. film - imo.

It's probably amour that is the best addition to film this year but I don't have the stomach for Hanneke atm so can't say.

Northwest/ nordvest is highly recommended. It's basicly a chaved up la haine set in scandinavia with very few redeaming qualities to it >grim but on.
