Me. I was curious, most people seem to be under 24 and as dubsteps about a decade old now most of those people would have been pretty young. I'm 22 and wasn't really aware of dubstep as a genre until 16/17, around Coki - Square Off time.. although I was aware of a handful of tunes before that like Night. A decade ago I was into grime though (big ups DC++ on dial up crew).
Just wondering out of the 20-24 how many were listening/aware of it before or around 2005ish.

fair, must be pretty long not being able to drink. do any clubs let you in when you are 18 or are clubs all 21+?
tbf when i went cali when i was 18 most people i spoke to were really shocked i went without parents as they considered 18 still a child lol

I've been listening since about 2009, Mala - Education & Pinch - The Boxer being the first tunes I heard

I'm 24 and I'm still on my quest to learn how to make wobbles with this cracked version of ni massive i downloaded from internetz so i can be big dubstep star like mt eden.

when i first started I literally just went "Bwaaaaaouughh" into the mic and put it through the standard Garageband automated cutoff and added distortion
