You may well have done but I either missed it or just wasn't interested at that time.

I was very slightly disappointed with My Name Is My Name... I love Pusha T as an MC, but he works best with Malice or as a guest on other people's work IMO. Worth a listen though, it's definitely good, just not the classic it's been hyped as... I think I was expecting too much.

You can have my copy of Section.80 on CD for a pint/free if you want? We've just bought a record player, so I re-bought it on vinyl just before Christmas. 8)

Really? I thought it would have got pressed up in the millions after all the GKMC hype. I'll see if I can dig it out tonight... better give Ryan first dibs as he mentioned it first!

Edit: Shit, just remembered I de-boxed all my CDs when I moved house so it'd just be the disc ...

Yeah, was just gonna edit it after re-reading to say if johnlenham wants it then it's his obviously

I've only seen it in stock in the US. Case isn't an issue, apparently it just came in a clear plastic sleeve with an insert, so you could always just print off another cover.

Yeah, definitely wasn't a very fancy package and I'm sure I've got a spare jewel case around somewhere.

I think this might be the first time I've owned a record that other people wanted but couldn't get themselves. I feel well fucking cool.

Looks like there's a couple of places in the US selling it, but seems to be individual sellers.

Gimme a shout anyway if it's still available!

You can get an autographed copy off the TDE website for only 15 USD lol. http://www.topdawgent.bigcartel.com/pro ... ion80-cd-s

Also yeah nice list mags. A little east coast-centric for my taste but still a solid primer for people looking to get into the genre. Plenty more great releases in the past 3 years as well, although tbf most of those have been mixtapes probably.

Saw that site, Scope bro, but I also saw a forum where some people were saying they'd ordered off there and never received anything, so I'm straying away from there at the moment.

Yeah, I've DEFINITELY fallen off a bit in the last few years. Would be good to see a list from someone who's been paying attention to more than just the output of TDE and GOOD Music.

Hm, odd, thats the official Top Dawg website. I found out about it through some guy on reddit that posted pictures of all the merch he had got.

Hm, I could maybe try to put something together for ya if I find some time. It's really a great time to be into rap.

That'd be great if you get time... I've found enough bits and pieces easily enough to keep me going, but especially in the last year or so it's been a bit difficult to dig as thoroughly as I used to. Just lacking time and reliable sources...

Yeah man, thought it was odd. Might give it a shot if I don't get to buy this copy off Mag, if I go through paypal, should be alright minus a bit of a ballache getting the money back.
