How many of yall are trying to create a different genre

How many of you guys are trying to make your own style/genre? And how many of you are just trying to make the same dubstep/dungeon/trap track that everyone's already heard before?

I just mess around with sounds/noises and see what happens. If it turns into one genre or another, then so be it.

Yes it is, everywhere 13 year old with call of Duty and a YouTube account thinks they can make the sickest bass out there
