...I can't afford to live in my hometown. I've been cast into the fire..
I work here Wilmington, in New Castle...lived there for about 5, 6 years..hard to tell from the picture, but has the WORST ghettos ever..Had to move because it was so irritating - come outside to go to work and find that someone tried to steal your car by prying out the front windshield and cracked it..$500 for nothing..Heroin mixed with that phentamine sp?@ is the crack of choice in these parts..and REALLY, REALLY unsmart kids with guns are everywhere trying to be like that mess on MTV..highest per capita AIDS infection rate in the country..yep..it is intentionally ugly..

I was born in this town, grew up in the town next door. Small suburb just outside of Chicago
My dad worked on the railroad so we moved to a freight town. I was walking distance to this place:
^^ Thats Fermi Lab, its a giant particle accelerator. Basically they run atoms through and 8 mile long figure eight ring and smash them to see whats inside. I used to go fishing in the thrust engine cooling ponds.
I hated the suburbs, so I ran away and moved here:
Then I went to school in Vancouver:
After school, I decided to move to LA - specifically Koreatown:
about 100 meters to the left of this photo there was a floating platform anchored to the seabed. Aftershcool on fridays we would swim out there with enough beer and fish'n chips to sink the thing (bring the bottles back of course). We'd play cricket on the beach, and once the girls got their tits out . some of my fondest memories are on this beach in the late 90's.
Old Quarry for bong smoking, mountain bike riding, and catching blue-tongue lizards.
birthplace of the blonde chick from Lost who also went to my school .
