The Aliens UK basses

Wondering how to make the kind of basses The Aliens UK uses all the time...
I think it's an FM or Ring Mod sort of thing in Reason and I stumbled across a noise similar while tweaking knobs once, but I can't seem to get the same sound again.

All the basses in that song are variants of one another and they use similar basses in all their songs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes,FM synthesis is the key,Experiment with the FM amount,different waveforms of the modulator,and try pitcing up or down modulator 3-4 octaves.Also i hear some bitchursing here
