Yeah I've had a few problems with Redye since the site overhaul, shoot Tom an e-mail and he'll be able to sort whatever it is you're trying to do, think they are still ironing out some of the creases

Labels should stop releasing their own stuff for a year and just start reissuing sick stuff that people missed/weren't enough pressed.
