"USV Recordings have aimed to pay homage to the early dubstep sounds by bringing out'The Old Skool EP'. Three tunes that represent the roots of dubstep and early DMZ sound. Dead Noise System's 'Ghosts' has undertones of early Tempa dubstep releases by the likes of D1 and Skream. JTG's 'Old Skool Riddim VIP' is a straight up dancefloor tune inspired by early Coki material, guaranteed to get any dubstep head nodding along. Krease's 'Mean Streets' pays tribute to an early Loefah sound, which every dubstep fan wishes was still around."
