I couldn't see any of the vids posted at work, but so far Agent is winning. I've never heard anything else by her and I think that's probably a good move... this is the ONLY song I've ever heard in a Starbucks and then looked up. Proper coffee table pop, but, like, in a good way.
Not in a Kosheen way.
At all.

Pop music used to be primarily made of one hit wonders...
Some odd ball novel artist would show up with a really interesting and unique tune...
It would have it's run...they would disappear...
and someone else would come with something completely different...
Now, someone has a hit - they get a bajillion dollars banked on their next 7 albums....
...they must perform...they can't go away - and start repeating formulas
- contracting other names for corny collabs
-hire Guetta for a bunch of dance remixes...
you not heard her tune with wiley? that was top 10 too
thats so live, emile sande is actually pretty good imo (if she writes her own tunes)
then again pop tracks using the think break arent likely to be unpopular on this forum lol

tbh i find both less offensive than that billionaire tune
at least it doesn't use some variation of this:
that video is what convinced me that pop music these days is essentially dirge (altho there are a lot of classic choons in that vid) since all those pitbull-esque euro trance house pop tunes use it
