with a kick

I really wish I knew how to do this - I do it in some of my old tunes (which were heavily melodic), but in the deeper/darker stuff I do now, it's very hard to create that progression, as subtlety is often key (no pun intended).alphacat wrote:Fuck yeah. The Hycid mix of "Templar" blew my socks off when I first heard it... so good. I PM'd him once (not here) and he seems like a really nice dude too. The thing I love about this tune in particular is the melodic variation & progression - an actual song with different parts, not just a single theme rinsed out ad nauseum.

Make your own tips and destroy your rules continually. It's the best way, I think.'Neurophycid' - OH.MUH.GOSH. Another HUGE tune, has all the Ohmwerk trademarks and then some. Wow. Dunno 'bout anyone else, but I would love to see a Production Q&A from ya, vous fou Lyonnais...
I know :-/ I'm working on it... but it's a little bit difficult with my job (fatigue, time, concentration/focus...) but I'm working on it tooAnd the three track medley is great too - more unexpected and experimental. The beginning of that 'Fear' track made me jump for sure... just massive.
You know, the only thing I'd like from you, sir, is MORE TUNES.
