Chemical Records??

The record i want on there is in stock and i have proceeded to the checkout with the purchase however it just tells me that it is pending furthering security checks by staff, does this always happen i have never ordered a record from them before, anyone have any knowledge?? :oops:

I've never had any problems with chemical. Very good service innit. I didn't even write them any emails. I think you should do this ;)

Well, can't you just give them a call. I'm sure they would be more qualified to sort out any problems then people on here. :D

you won't have any problems. And as was suggested, next time try calling the shop you placed the order with rather than asking a clueless bunch of numpties on a messageboard.

Yeah i was just a bit worried i had over ordered and record shops being what they are dont usually open till 10 or 11 in my experience, its all good though i got a confirmation e-mail through for all 3 of my transactions so it would appear im going to have a few copies of the same record, Thinking i think im the only numptey here :lol:

Fact of the matter is i got a super quick response here so many thanks for that but i think that proves none of us do much work in our relevant offices.

I made an order from them last week and it was doing the same thing. Never got an email. Tried to email them and it wouldn't go through. Something must have been up with the site. Took a chance and re-placed the order. It is on it's way now.

ive been using chemical for years & personally find them consistently the quickest /cheapest & by far the most reliable online store anywhere

the 2 or 3 times ive had issues its been sorted no delay

Chemical are dons when it comes to service I have found. You order from them late one afternoon and you have the records on your deck the next morning
