You happen to know the exact tune before that one by any chance ? the techno-y arpeggio thingy ? been played out for a bit now but haven t found out what it is...and my ID post is on page16 so I guess it'll drift off into obscurity from now on...

What's that tune that Peverilist (and some of the other Bristol lot iirc) plays with the really haunting minor-key synth melody?

with the distinct sections, middle section with a kind of transparent high picthed grimey synth playing the melody?

if so its Roll With The Punches by Peverelist, soon to come on Punch Drunk

Chase the Devil Remix

Post by will-k13 » Tue Oct 02, 2007 6:43 pm

I was at a dubstep night in Sheffield last Saturday at Club Shhh, it was an awesome night, but there was this one tune that was just gone it started with the lyrics from Chase the Devil by Max Romeo & Upsetters on it and then just went :o mental :o. It was played by Jack Sparrow but I think it's probs one of Exodus' tunes if that's any help.

I need this tune!

Peace,
Will K

a track played by Appleblim a few weeks back at FWD, a halfstepper with what i think was a harp sample looping, i think maybe polyrhythmically

sounded something like loefah in terms of aesthetic, but less cold

super super deep, but i completely forgot about it for some reason
