No mate, it is old italian tradition to use almonds when you don't have any pine nuts*.
Try it out!. It's especially seamless when you ground them up like with pesto.

I meant to say I was battling to interpret the drawings due to the complexity of the press.
I have to convert the drawings into 3D cad models.
