It sounds really saturated/compressed - A bit like this: http://youtu.be/LnqGoToS0J8
I feel like it's just a combination of the compression/saturation/distortion with some sort of autotune (Melodyne) to get the pitch bend effect.

I use this distortion plug in: http://www.camelaudio.com/camelcrusher.php It sounds pretty similar to that vocal.

The thing to keep in mind is that if this is actually a vocal sample (which im pretty sure it is) it's a sample of a really ballsy performance namsayin? If you wanna recreate this, find a sample of someone who's really belting it out, autotune it to a melody and have it bend up to the notes // distort it // compress it with a bit of reverb and I think you could get really close.
