it's not likely to be pirate - probably just a promo copy that someone's been sent for reviewing or cos they're on the mailing list. People eBay promo stuff all the time which they've been sent and didn't like, it's fuckin rude when it's something that hasn't come out yet tho, abusing the trust system of promos.
