Yep.

Though from the Soundcloud review, it sounds more hardcore than dnb. A shame, I mean, it sounds amazing don't get me wrong, but I would've liked some more well produced skullstep with dope drums.

But it's a full-length album and I'm only into the third review so it may be more dnb based than what it's like so far.

i'm hoping this style's gonna go back into fashion this year. promoters who were backing this sound back in the day started doing shows again. therapy sessions (haven't seen one here since like 2009 or 10 i think), then break the core (local breakcore night who stopped in 2009 or so), counterstrike + other small local nights

The production quality is insane. As for the tune, I really like it. Different from his usual stuff, reminds me of a darker version of 'The Liquid' by Evol Intent and Noisia.
