The Octavia isn't a bad choice for a cheap family saloon. Roomy as fuck inside, they're pretty much standard for European taxi drivers.

Despite Skoda making decent cars now, I just can't shake the rep they had when i was a kid.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Old housemate had one of the Fabias. Was basically a Golf with a different bodykit for about half the price (at the time).

Not sure if it was a worldwide problem but Toyotas here have lost their reputation for being well built

They've just had to recall a shit load of Prius' this week to deal with a software bug that was causing them to brake sharply for no reason.

Even their lexus line has been plagued by design defects. It is almost like they're trying to become like an american company.

Let me just say this...

When I had just finished high school...I got my license suspended
- for being an awesomely fast driver...and all the time...

so - It was the correct time for me - to go to college
as they had the student bus system...

and 3 years later - when I finally got around to getting my license reinstated...
I had a problem - the insurance co. wanted to charge me
- an ASTRONOMICAL amount - to insure my car....so
that stayed parked...

...and I got this piece of shit...and it was a clunker

BUT - it was a rave trooper - it did over 60K miles worth of raving
before I gave it to my ex to blow up - We called it The SPAZ...
It was a Ford Topaz - and it was shit and I'd do it again. no shame.
...the raving + travelling - not the ex boyfriend....
