cut it in half, remove the stone, put some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in the holes then use a spoon to eat it

i normally just google the recipe, the only thing i add much more is sweet onion. eat it with nachos without artificial flavours shit

its really nice on falafel if you want to go full vegan. But yea guacamole is fucking amazing. plus its full of so much good stuff, and im pretty sure the fats in there are not that bad for you.
Edit:
After some googling its become apparent that they are mostly fatty acids (monounsaturated). Apparently lowers blood cholesterol and shit.
