001 and 002 were digital as well, viveks ep was the first vinyl only release.

Not really bothered by the news cause I mainly buy vinyl anyway, kinda peak for the digital heads though

Being digital is so much easier compared to only playing vinyl since you could just buy the record & rip it compared to vinyl heads who have to get dubs cut for digital only releases.

@Muncey - I see what you're saying but as a bedroom 'dj' I'm not really to bothered mainly cause most of the stuff I mix is vinyl anyway but it is kinda annoying having to shell out £6 every time I wanna get another tune

I more than understand but I feel it's to do with VIVEK's whole vision of what SYSTEM should be about analogue not digital even if digital DJs have started to play there.

Yes but he still plays on dubplates, system roots is all vinyl and the sound system is all analogue.

Anyone else gutted that the Malfunktions that got released on System004 isn't the same one as Gantz was dropping in some of his mixes a while back (like the GetDarker/Reconstruct Gantx mix)? Much prefer the version Gantz was dropping, is it a VIP or something anyone know?
