does the absence of the vocal reminds you of the seemingly infinite depths of space suggested both by the track and by it's original working title "Asteroids"? or rather do you look inward to your mother's womb and to the solitude of not being comforted by the absent vocalist's teat?

i'd like asteroids better if it had a break. really annoying mixing out of it since i don't wanna hear (more or less) the same loop for 5 mins.

I do a lot of these labels things and try and keep it about the music, not use ridiculous language and definitely not use ridiculous metaphors

Nice write up mate, finally sounds like someone didn't use a thesaurus.

Had read that, but "music game" - played out as an idiom. Move on.

This.

I tend to stick to a brief artist back-story, context for the release, and then describe the tunes/release as a whole in relatable terms.

Edit: And the old dude I just saw giving it the big one to a busking latin jazz band playing When The Saints Go Marching In outside Tate Modern. Busting out the pensioner skank. Amazing work. Unfortunately I think he noticed me and another person getting our phones out to snap him and obviously felt self conscious enough to stop. I wanted to give him a cuddle to apologise for blowing his buzz, but that probably would've just made everything even more awkward. :|

couple of my mates just had a baby

happy for them because they accidentally got knocked up about 3 years ago but lost the baby (they wanted to keep it)

but its also kinda weird cos theyre the same age as i am, and ive got so much fun shit i wanna go see and do before i even begin to consider kids in the slightest
