Help with a Schoolboy - Aftershock sound

Hey guys, was wondering if any of you had any clue how to make the sound at 0:53 in Schoolboy - Aftershock, I guess it's some sort of wobble that I was hoping to re-create, any ideas?

To me it sounds like massive with formant saw waves. Maybe one OSC at -12 and one at 0. running through a filter with a simple LFO and pitch bending down. Or automating a scream filter. Just mess around with using 2 formant waves, detuning them, running them through an LFO and pitch bending.
