Depends what level you're playing it at. It is one of the fastest sports in the world.

Bare old women play tennis in Solihull. Finji could be playing against some pro-badminton guy.

Something I've just grabbed from a sports site:

Elite badminton is fast – really fast. Racket and shuttle technology, improved court surfaces and the simple fact that the players now have incredible athletic ability have seen to this. So how fast is it
compared to other sports?

Consider this:
● Andy Roddick’s tennis serve can just top 150mph
● A Ferrari formula one car can hit 200 mph but it takes at least 13 seconds
● Pelota balls (the traditional Spanish ball game) can nudge 200mph
● But Badminton has got all these beaten with shuttlecocks being clocked at 206 mph.

I like the range of movement in badminton, with the higher net, there's a lot more upwards movement, rather than just lateral compared to tennis.

i played tennis at county level and squash to a decent level when i was young but could never play badminton, fuck badminton
