This will to give everyone an equal chance to get something done, if their weekdays/weekends are to busy for one reason or another.
yeah but the hype dies down

Ok, well if people are happy to shorten the voting stage, that's no problem to do for next time :)

Think the 4-day weekend we had for collation and mixing we had this time should be kept though, in case some folk can't mix during the week :)
It depends how many get involved. I've still not had a chance to listen to any of them yet because I've had so much work to do and unfortunately not work I can do with headphones on. If 20 people get involved you need to dedicate at least 3 and a half hours if you listen to them all in full.

So maybe how many get involved should be taken into account for the length of time we have to vote.

:Q:

Mix out of DVA remix of Poison Dart into the original was a horror, sounded much better in my head

Got high hopes for yours considering you're winning by quite a margin!

well if this becomes a regular thing, someone can get involved once, skip/miss the next one, and so on. instead of waiting 2 weeks for a bunch of 10 min mixes

listened to everything a few times
I'm going Muncey for classic start, transition into heavy and funky into classic two-step
and
Ultraspacial for his gentle downbeat patter.

IMO:

Dfaulter upset me with Mad Mike
Gareth's was a bit noisy for me
Gewze wrecked his with non-descript drumming (but big-upped using D1)
Greenwaffle's is a mix of classic dub start (but it gets boring) and great finish...what is that last droney track?
Jizzman's quick mixes of multigenres obviously appeal to the ADHD gen...popstep opener didn't help me.
not a big dnb fan so Kahnage behind 8 Ball
aversion to Fly Lo put me off Ogleman plus sounded like a radio show with its mix of styles
Rayban's is OK but dnb and soulful coolth detracted
Reece Liar's had a consistent half-time dnb feel...one of the better ones
Can't figure why RKM named his a Lovers Mix...a strange swapping between classics and rnb/grime
and Trainrek's wobble is good but I don't like the frantic percussive start

voted garethom- it's the sort of thing i'd throw on for 10minutes.. i'm a bit concerned about the lack of man's on road but there's always next time

bigup to all participants.. might give this a go if there's another!

After I sent it over to Wub, I immediately remembered Mans on Road. I almost cried.
