i feel like the ppl that work at colleges in the states think that their job is to stand in your way, and if you can navigate through all of their bullshit, then you are deserving of a degree. like, you're paid to fucking help us. when i was changing my major, all they did was stand in my way and try to find reasons for why i couldn't change it. for example it was during the summer, and they said you must be "in person" in order to change it, even if you live in a different state. wtf. there was no actual reason why, they just wanted you to sign ur fucking name, so i had to drive all the way to college in the summer just to sign my fuckin name, and then drive all the way back. and i wouldn't be able to enroll in any classes for my new major unless i am of that major, so i would have wasted an entire semester if i didn't do it.
or maybe it's just everything that's wrong with publicly funded schools... not sure if it's the same way at private american universities.

now thats a valuable fucking skill. one of my professors actually DID lose my homework once and he still didn't give me credit.
