see Tracks
an inspiring artwork
my only quibble is the use of country,
however stark and beautiful,
that wasn't on the actual route

Moon. Liked it a lot. Good sci-fi without all the gimmicks.

Watched the Great Gatsby today, wasnt what I was expected. Pretty disappointing. Also saw The Amazing Spider Man, I really liked it. Preferred it better than the Toby Maguire spiderman.

Anybody seen Snowpiercer yet ? From the guy who made Memories of Murder with a 5* cast (Ed Harris, Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, Jamie Bell,...)

I'm pretty excited

American Hustle

Rubbish. Predictable plot filled with characters that blend into the background... the whole thing just screams out for someone to bring it to life or crack a joke funny enough to actually make you laugh; Robert De Niro lifted it to "mildly intriguing" for about 5 minutes, but the main cast were all as exciting as an extended wait on a station platform.

Seriously watch this. Great cast with good acting on a class war background (like, litteral class war 8) ). I though the beginning was already pretty good and it just kept getting better. I was afraid that due to it being an international production Bong Joon Ho would hold back on the Korean-style gore action sequences but they were there and they were really good (there's one in particular that's a perfect reference to the genre, watch the movie and you'll spot it from a mile).

Also Weinstein's plan to cut 20 mins of Korean dialogue backfired on his ass when Swinton called him out, that only makes the movie more sympathetic to me

Gravity.

How shit was that...
Stereotypical hollywood-y lines, plot and acting, visuals were pretty nice though

also watched TDKR, and remembered why i don't bother watching all those superhero movies.

Dallas buyers club on the other hand was pretty good

i loved it. one of their best films imo and really a good way to deal with music in a film.
