Breakfast is the most important meal, always been a firm believer of that. how many hours sleep do you get usually? Assuming 90min sleep cycles 7.5 or 9 would be ideal. 6 if you could manage on it.

Good points. Do you feel your lack of routine is a core problem to some of what you've mentioned now?
