There's been no follow up yet and there's hasn't come about an alternative to that level of rhyming or production.

Will this movie have Al Pacino? No? Well, then it's already fucked. And why you ask a arthouse director for making a movie such as Scarface? It's definitely gonna end like Medellin.

My best mate from back home's arch BITCH of a babymother has left him, taking his kids, his car and his BANK CARD.

Again.

I learned that i'm the lowest paid in my place of work (though we all do an almost identical job and a few haven't worked there much longer/are roughly the same age)

Man I hate working -sigh-

If you hate it there so much, why don't you search for other work then? I don't know the economic situation in Scotland, but it isn't like there's no other work than that.

Debating it, it's not like I hate it here though, I mean I like the job and the people around me but the pay sucks especially compared to everyone else here.

Why are they getting paid more than you?

Do you do anything in the role that you feel entitles you to an increase?

You can also go to your boss and ask for an increase.

Not exactly sure to be honest, it's not like they do any more than me or anything specialist.

Well since the women was originally hired to help out left I'm the only person there who manages the side of the site that adds new products and other things like that and theres quite a lot to get through with the new season stock (on top of daily jobs)

I'm going to talk to one of the bosses and see anyway, if not i may just deal with it and find a new job.

Check your original job description in your contract against any additional tasks/responsibilities that you have now that aren't covered. Highlight those to your manager, with regards to the overall quality of your work and your time spent with the company as grounds for additional remuneration.

And don't mention anyone else's salary in relation to your own.

Conversely, I found that the best leverage when I got what turned out to be an almost 30% pay rise a couple of years back.

Fair enough, salary culture varies from company to company so play it by ear :Q:
