I don't fancy the pumping effect when your kick comes in. Umm...hard to comment on a fraction of an idea but I do like where you are going with it. I would like to hear where this ends up when you get it all finished and mixed properly.

Solid tune man.
Some things that I think could give it even more life:
Since the part around 1:10 comes in very clear and heavy it may sound nice to automate some EQ in the beginning, bringing the melody that continues up to that point to that same level of clarity with a more prominent high end.
When it drops around 1:20 the sound feels like it backs off from the heavy transition, if you add in another synth around the mids it could keep up that level of intensity.
When it drops again around 4:20 you could switch up the melody to surprise the listener, add something fresh that breaks up the the melody played from 2:00-3:00, but try to keep the same feel to it.
