Looking to buy new monitors for a bedroom set up on a budget £200-300.
Any opinions on HS50s?
Anyone using YAMAHA HS50s?

i have those, i think there ok for the price.
wish i could of researched a bit more and got some krk possibly, but i'm happy with them cos i understand them and they work for me.
cant really hear the bass as much as i would like but its a good surprise when u hear ur tunes played out. they are 'industry standard' (and the last model) but i've only seen pop producers use them.
the assistant in the shop said they were quite an honest pair of monitors and thats what u need really, nothing that glamourises the sound.
i'm gonna keep these for a long time bare in mind, might get the matching sub when i eventually get a cash flow
