pick two items in your room, throw them together in an unconventional manner lol
or perhaps spell them wrong too -- or combine the words together

satchel pole
Hennessy syringe
highlighter construction
cocoa axe
paper wipper
licorice wip
melted plastic

just a few ideas, sorry they all kinda suck -- yours will probably be better
