How does that work with increased heart rate and sweat?
Is it just the sweat that does the cooling? Because that makes you heat up first.

I heard that Alcohol does this, and the burning you feel when you drink hard liquor is because of the fact that it drops your throat's temperature. So it's not the alcohol that burns you, but your internal body heat. Also sends the blood to the surface of your skin, where it is susceptible to freezing iirc.
