Where has all the gay stuff from Oberyn come from anyway? Swear the TV show is obsessed with hyping up the gay stuff. In the books, it's mentioned that there are rumours Renly was gay, mentioned like, twice as a snide remark. In the show, he basically neglects everything to keep having sex with Loras.
