Ive been sleeping so well lately, stopped drinking, started eating well and not staring at a screen for an hour or two before bed time. It works, the only bad thing is ive been trying to get to sleep too early (I think) because I want to get at least 8 hours so i'm tossing and turning in bed for a bit but not late into the night

Oh, okay, that is balls. I don't even try to go to bed, unless I'm like hallucinating/spinning from extreme fatigue.

Insomnia is as good as its been in 20+ years, thanks in part to Clonazepam.

So so so nice to be getting sleep, even if it is shitty sleep that leaves me dead tired. Dead tired is better than DEAD! :h:

My organs were starting to shut down. This is much better for me, I don't know about you. Really I don't know how you sleep with all those Romanians creeping around you in the night. ;-)

and you can do that every night? if i do that three nights in a row it basically does nothing the 3rd night. and anybody with a brain knows not to raise the dose higher and higher and higher.

That never works for me lol, when I smoke I just say in bed twatting out to my own thoughts, literally does the opposite.

I've been sleeping around 2.5 to 3 hours a night the past year which sucks when I have to get up for work at 5 AM after getting to bed at 2. Some nights, I sleep 40 minutes or less. It's not like I can pull it off either. At work a couple months back, I literally went to sleep standing up which freaked the fuck out of my co-worker.

I don't have insomnia. I simply don't go to bed. I'm most productive late at night.
