relatedly, Remedy tells me he went to Kahn's gig in NY last Monday
and there was so little appreciation from the punters
that, despite his normal timidity,
he felt obliged to voice his enthusiasm & request rewinds
just so the audience got a second chance at revelation!

I spose it was Monday...but I can only drool to think of a decent Monday night gig here.
