Effects Processing VST List/Recommendations

Hi,

So I've decided I'm literally just going to spend the next 2-3months really focusing on sound design and I was wondering if some guys would list their favourite effects VSTs/types of effects when they do effects processing.

I'm not over experienced with resampling things but it seems like a lot of really successful producers are doing it quite frequently so I'd like to learn how to do it myself.

I'm pretty much just looking for a big list (obviously Ohmicide, CamelPhat, etc are necessary and stuff im already familiar with) of stuff so I can have more tools in my toolbox and start making resampled patches nonstop.

Also, any other recommendations on where to learn new techniques, etc are greatly appreciated.
