Speaking of subs, I have some nice sub bass but I keep getting a clicking, I've fiddled with EQ some more but still get the click.

Wrong kind of subs mate. Check loop points in the sample, get them right on the zero-crossings. Let the release go a little bit more. Use some cross-fading or fading between notes, if your sample supports it. What sampler/synth you using?

I'm using Toxic 3, I have attached a .zip file with a screen shot of my synth settings and the MP3 sample.

If you look at the EQ on the synth 2k-8k have been played with but I have since reset them and I still getting the same problem.

The fatter the bass, the more push he felt. Technique works well with my little shelf speakers at home. Try it, experiment a bit.
i read this too and have been using the technique ever since...

it works too!

Yeah, what's happening isn't caused by the synth. As one note comes in, the last one hasn't completely finished one cycle, so it's being forced to jump to zero from a level that isn't zero. That kind of fast movement generates a harmonic, and you get the click.

I dunno the specifics of how to sort it, I don't own Toxic 3. But if I was you, I'd start by taking the 'Poly' down to 1. If that didn't work, I'd just mess around with the other numbers and buttons up in that top left corner. Making it Mono and giving it a quick legato would definitely solve the problem, and that's not something people would notice in the mix. But then, would they notice the click in the mix either?

Heavy patch either way bro 8)

People may not notice but I know it's there so it's kinda annoying. I will also try what you suggested as well, cheers :D.
