I think the hospitals are fair play, but the thing with parks is that they're outdoors. And people usually smoke outside of shops because they want to finish before spending money inside of the shop, so I don't get why shopkeepers give a fuck.

it annoys me, people smell horrible after getting out of a pub and im asthmatic so sometimes when in a small club there is only a few oxygen and infected with smoke for the whole room i have to leave

Dude, this was my impression of Europe in general. Everything so dope, but smelled like utter shit everywhere. One night, 3am, had to stand out in the rain when trains would come into the station, everyone would get off the train, and the whole train station would fill with smoke, like the air would go from transparent to translucent. My lungs and my eyes were so raw I literally had to stand out in the night time freezing rain. Fucking filthy.

Tobacco smells good when it burns too, I don't even know what is that is burning in cigarettes.

This so much. I don't generally mind the smell of rollies, but cigarette smoke smells grim and hangs around for fucking ages. Not sure I've ever knowingly enjoyed a cigarette tbh.
