Oh dear. I actually think I'm a better dancer, and I've taken zero hours of dance classes in my life.

I've gained 16 lbs esince I started lifting again in September and I went out to town in the heat wearing but a wifebeater. The change of behavior in other people towards me has been tremendous where I'm really kind of shocked.
Any experiences y'all willing to share? This is turning into a social experiment to me.

exercising releases endorphins and all that hsappy brain chemical shit, gives u a generally more positive outlook on life
plus if ur feeling more confident in ur own skin u seem more approachable
i doubt that putting on just over a stone would help anyone attract much more attention than usual
