Getting samples from battery?
This might be a stupid question, but does anyone know a quick easy way to get the samples from battery out of battery to just audio? I mean like, a whole kit. I suppose you could map them all out in midi and resample them, but that just seems tedious. I have battery and I don't know why it doesn't just come with a samples folder.

... because it does???
They're all in the Battery 3 factory library that's installed somewhere (dependent on platform) on your computer. On my Mac, it's called "Battery 3 Library" and is located in my Documents folder, but I'n not sure what the path is on other OS's. However, if you open Battery in standalone mode, and go to file < opions (battery 3) or file < preferences<library in Battery 4. it shows a factory content path that will tell you where your library is located.

The battery 3 library folder contains "battery 3 kit files" I'm talking like wav samples that you can just drag into your DAW

Re: Getting samples from battery?
So, on my Mac I can go to (for instance) Battery 3 Library/07 - Battery 3 Kits/01 - Acoustic Kits/Full Jazz Kit/Full Jazz Kit Samples and there find a gigantic pile of wav files. They're buried pretty deep in the file structure, but they are right out in the open.
Re: Getting samples from battery?
Ahhhhhhh fuck dude, I was clicking right on like the first acoustic kits file. They're right above the battery 3 kits folder. Talk about a brainfart. Derp. Thanks though.
