yesterday Mala and Sun of Selah were supposed to play with Coki at this night in switzerland. Mala and SoS pulled a Zomby, leaving us with Crazy D (who wouldn't stop chatting gibberish over all the vocal tunes; gave me a shout for wearing a Teklife shirt though) and Coki. he played a tearout set with the occasional classic mixed in, which could've been fun I guess. but the "visual artists", after being asked to do so by Cokes and Crazy D several times, refused to turn the lights off, not even toning them down a bit, resulting in some bro-festivalesque laser aesthetics which completely ruined it for me.
swapped work shifts, travelled 250km by train, spending £30 in the process, and left my girlfriend alone for the night to witness an average session pissed me off. the closing dj played a sick set atleast.

well the closing set kinda made up for it, and the people I was with were fun. not a bad night, just really disappointed.
had a no-show before at one of my nights. the decent thing would be letting people know about it before they pay to enter the club. doing stuff backhandedly just sheds a poor light on venue and promoter.
thanks for caring, by the way. :U:

also, Crazy D may be an og / legend but I still think he should stick to his dayjob.
I'm quite sensitive when it comes to mcs though.

in that case i can see why it might be more difficult. my car just happens to be automatic but i've driven a manual car before. almost all cars in the US are automatic i think, manual is more common in expensive cars.

why don't you just drive automatic cars?
