Anyone know how to get a synth like this?

Hey does anyone know how to get a synth like this? The software I use is mostly Garageband, but I also use the plugin Zebralette.

Im pretty sure that sound is just out of any run of the mill vst. I have a plug called Sylenth 1 and its full of those kind of sounds.
