That's one of those typical jealous/sour responses. Why would he get benched. He'll most likely be playing along side Matic in a defensive mid position. We are going to destroy teams next season with the addition of Costa. Jose Mourinho!

Neymar to score and 3-1 Brazil 50/1 - £1 on.
Brazil to win both teams to score 3/1 - £1.50 on.

2 bets, 2 wins. Not a bad start to the world cup!

Nah apart from the jokes penalty he did a good job. I'd rather he let the players go ahead on both sides and keep it balanced than stop the game everytime a brazilian decides it's acrobatic diving time.

Pretty good match, I feel kinda bad for the Croatians they played quite well.

Serious business starts tomorrow though

The World cup should have only the best referees and not one from every country involved... Yesterday we saw why that is

one bad decision guys, fuck sake. everyone is going mental. you can see why he awarded it, it looked like he tugged him down. obviously he didn't and it wasn't deserved but shit happens its football.

nah actually i take that back, the ref is illuminati and corrupt Brazil officials bribed dark lords with blood money to get that result

Not so sure, I was pretty confident the second I saw it in real time that he'd made a howler, the way Fred flew to the ground never looked real

You have to suspect that same penalty wouldn't have been given at the other end

No, not at all. It's on the basis that Mourinho doesn't understand how to use a player like him and he'd be in a lot of competition in arsenal.
It's sort of the same as with Mata in a way and with Oscar already playing I don't see a spot available and he's obviously not going to play in a defensive position.
