DuckDuckGo is not so bad. Check out Startpage as well.
Still their algorithms are not as good as guugle, but guugle has too much control. I think my Android phone is watching me.

What's a burner? I notice my Android phone forces me to use Google+ with the calendar and otherwise surreptitiously logs me in without any notification...OGLemon wrote:get a burner m8mks wrote:I think my Android phone is watching me.

Tor is such a pain, it's almost funny.
I personally don't think they won't be 'watching' when you use a different search engine.
Definitely when you're using Chrome, but probably anyway.

They're fucking hard to get in Japan and you can't get decent internet on them. Contract personal info disclosure is also strict because all the yakuza are banned from business deals. Couple that with no laws against spying and PRISM, I hope the people in that control room appreciate my taste in porn.OGLemon wrote:http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Burnertest recordings wrote:What's a burner?
