it's just the nature of society and the way the world works..

the fact that immigration exists, and someone better qualified and harder working than you being more employable is just the nature of society, and the way the world works.

Often the only winners in the immigration thing is employees getting cheap labour, not the people who lived there originally as they get undercut on jobs and not the immigrants themselves who have to work for little money and get exploited. I don't think they really all have a better skill set-they don't speak the native tongue and if their skillset was so good their own countries industries and economies would be flourishing. Which they're not.

Honestly I think Jaydot is a bit correct here. Immigrants usually sell their labour for a much cheaper price than the people who already live in the country. The businessman wants to maximize his profit margin and hiring cheaper workers is just another tool to do that. I'd say that a lot of immigration is the result of people looking for better economic opportunities than the place they came from. Don't blame the immigrants, blame the economic systems that force people to have to move to a foreign land in order to achieve a decent living.
