Also a tie clinches I think though. So really the only scenario in which USA doesn't advance is if USA loses to Germany, and Ghana beats Portugal and passes USA's goal differential. Anything else means USA advances. I'd take those odds.

To be fair to Costa this is the first Spain has played with a proper striker in their system. So can't really blame Costa for his performance.
