Electric Waves Fest 2014 23.07 to 27.07
Situated on the beach Cabedelo (Figueira da Foz) the ELECTRIC WAVES FEST ® will for 4 days (23-26 July) make dance all lovers of Urban Culture in general. With music as the main backgrounds, with regard to the rhythms of Drums and Bass. It will be the largest gathering ever designed in Portugal, also not getting anything due to larger festivals of Drum'n'bass around the globe.
Never in the same event in our country have gathered so many and such good names for this movement that made dance floors vibrate for the last 20 years.
Not to mention a first line of top names, including unavoidable 'N. 1' Andy C, the national talent will also be represented as never with over 30 DJs and MCs national acts.
Another mother sounds of this festival is the Hip Hop, focusing especially on the "Hip Hop Tuga", through some (6) of the most relevant national concerts of its kind. And a debut on home soil by an American star the main headliner of the festival or not he was a leading member of the legendary Wu Tang Clan.
It is clear that all the other sounds of near relatives forefront Family "Bass Music" will obviously be well represented and divided by four days of the event as is the case Dubstep, Trap, Break Beat, Garage, among some other ... frequencies to be "fired" here and there.
Besides music, the ELECTRIC WAVES FEST ® offers all the camping pass holders from 4 days (park situated literally on the beach Cabedelo port) and a multitude of outdoor activities during various afternoons.
As for the music, this will take place between 18.00 and 06.00 the next day starting with varied registers, through the concerts (mostly hip hop) and ending with crazy rhythms of Drum & Bass until the sun comes up around six in the morning.
To make this event more comprehensive than any other, joined for the first time the 4 largest domestic producers of gender, Yellow-Stripe and Garage (city of Porto), the Kalimodjo (Lisbon) and Offset (Leiria).
All major stars are so aligned in an obvious increase in quality through more than 15 years of accumulated knowledge and 'know how' 'spot' on the ground.
