Never understood how people could like giridon or baseball. way too slow for my taste. also I think the over-commercialisation of american sports, with ads absolutely everywhere and ad breaks every two minutes, is really off-putting. don't understand why one would think it's acceptable to get ads on a ppv channel in the first place. I'm not paying to get ads, I'm paying to watch stuff.
how are football programs though? also ads everytime the ref halts the game?
haha I was being pedantic, sorry.

And you hit the nail on the head with 'American' sports; unfortunately its also why we get such terrible coverage of sports like soccer. Almost no U.S network is willing to play a game where you can't jam a series of commercials into every 3 minutes.

It makes me cringe that a lot of people's favorite part of the Super Bowl is the commercials. Its like the summation of American consumerism all wrapped up in a easily edible meal from McDonalds; drive-through entertainment. Its like the EDM of sport haha, fully unbearable.
Although, at least we don't have ads on our jerseys (or at least "Barclays" isn't the largest word on the jersey)

Ans that floating glass advertisement panel after the world up games is weird af I must say

Playing 2 oil tankers together in defence with a high line won't work for Germany. Mertesacker works at Arsenal because Koscielny is so quick on the cover

France: 1 Lloris; 2 Debuchy, 4 Varane, 5 Sakho, 3 Evra; 19 Pogba, 6 Cabaye, 14 Matuidi; 8 Valbuena, 10 Benzema, 11 Griezmann.

Germany: 1 Neuer; 20 Boateng, 17 Mertesacker, 5 Hummels, 4 Höwedes; 16 Lahm, 7 Schweinsteiger, 18 Kroos; 9 Schürrle, 13 Müller, 8 Özil.

according to a swiss newspaper. if these are to be trusted, france will beat germany and advance.

If France does beat Germany we're good for another 20 years of "this was a landmark in football history".

Should be a good game !

What would you say Colombia's chances are? I honestly think they are pretty good, but people seem to think otherwise.

I've stopped hating German football in the past years, so I'm pretty much completely neutral
on France v Germany.

colombia are a better team, so they have more chances than brazil. plus neymar is semi injured

Brazil are stil favourites with how the refs have been shielding them but Colombia are much nicer to watch and deserve it
