I didn't say it means someone is stupid, I said it is used in that context. I'd use it for the same reason as I'd use any other word, it accurately describes what I'm trying to say with it.

It's fairly easy, you need a good read on your girls comfort level. Assplay is like golf, you play the course you're on.

Theres no hard and fast rule but as a general outline I'd say start with some fairly sloppy head with her on her back so it drips down to her ass once shes really into it start teasing with a finger, nothing deep, you want to tickle at this stage, arouse curiosity.
