Pandas are Buddha Bears…

They've given up violence...
and so they are ascending to Tara Heaven.

I don't know...

I don't believe that.

I think they have a taste for Bamboo...
and it gives them no energy to do anything.

There's another animal that's high as fuck all the time…
from eating Eucalyptus or something like that…

They're always doing the chicken scratch for the jumbo.
so they can't be arsed to mate….

Can you be an atheist and accept there's a possibility of a 'creator'? I consider myself an atheist, or even an anti-theist, I believe there's no God in the traditional sense and religion (at least now) does more evil than good. I'm more against religion than spirituality, despise the idea of drumming nonsense into people when they still have a soft spot in their skull but if you wanna have personal belief of something bigger who am I to say you can't? Due to my interest in science I could never claim 100% that there isn't a 'creator'. The whole multiverse/string theory thing really made me question my own beliefs, if the smartest people on the planet don't know wtf is going on how can I say for certain what does or doesn't exist or what created what we're currently experiencing.

Does that make me agnostic or can I still be a militant atheist and throw coins at the guy on the step ladder in the middle of town shouting alcohol is the devils work?

just sounds like you're an agnostic atheist, i.e. you don't have a belief in god but you don't think we can know for sure either way. with that in mind its still simple being against imposing religious belief (or unbelief but thats not really much of an issue) on others...

being an atheist doesn't mean you have to throw coins at the guy on the step ladder (which you really shouldn't be doing anyway tbh). that said ive got some recordings of a street preacher i really wanna make a tune out of...

I don't really throw coins, I'd really love to.. they're the highest form of cuntery imo. Agnostic atheist sounds too 50/50 to me though.. I'm like 99% atheist but accept I can't be 100% sure so theres a small part of me that think there could be a creator.. it just isn't in the form the typical religions preach.

They say if a lion could speak English we couldn't communicate because the input and processing of the brain are miles apart, a conversation would be impossible. So big up all those that speak to God.

If we are Krishna's dream….

Then science and the laws of nature would still be true…
Until he becomes lucid and starts altering his dream…

Why do we have to believe in anything as indisputable fact…

Why can't we just observe all things
- and take what we need or want to inform our own lives?

Anti-theism is generally a position held against religious institutions/doctrine/dogma and so yeah it's entirely consistent to be an agnostic atheist and be anti-theist.

An atheist may be a strong atheist with regard to a specific account of god, the god of Abraham for instance, but a weak atheist about a deist account of god. The problem with the deist account of god is that it's uninteresting, it's transcendence, it's failure to manifest in interesting ways or make testable claims about the world make it unfalsifiable, so some atheists leave it on the table but discredited as unlikely.

People believe in stupider things than god

I used to be quiet smug about atheism when i was 13ish. But after doing some growing up, I think there's some space for belief, not specifically in god, but belief that goes beyond what people call "rational"

I still don't believe in god, but the world is a complicated place.

Non beliefs affect you when people start bitching about it all the time.
