That uplifting "anthem sound" used by Avila, Garrix etc?

theres a specific sound i want to make, but don't know its name or how to make it. I have other better examples but these was the two I remembered right now (I know the sounds isn't exactly the same, but hope you get what I mean. I'm looking for both of them). the sound is at ca . 0:19 and 1:14 respectively

as for synths I'm mostly looking for a tutorial on massive, but I have all the complete 9 ultimate synths + the ones included in logic

Super saws.
It's about the notes you play more than the actual sound.

ok so u first have a white niose build

then u have a supersaw playing a three tone melody at a low cut-off

then u raise cut-off gradually until peak then PAUSE AND

sample "Put your hands in the air, put your hands up - in the air" from virtual dj and loop infinitum
